All offices are open by appointment only.

Our phone lines are open:
- Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri from 9am to 6pm
- Wednesday from 10am to 6pm
Opening hours
Appointments may be booked for the following times:
- Monday and Wednesday, between 9.30am to 12.30pm
- Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, between 9.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4.30pm
Ceremony room
Within our St Austell ceremony room in Polkyth House you may invite up to 72 guests (depending on your ceremony choice), which must include your witnesses and any photographer or videographer.
Biodegradable confetti may be thrown once outside of the building.
St Austell also has an 'outstation' at Newquay. The Newquay office does not have a ceremony room and only deals with the registration of births, deaths and notice of marriage.

Disabled access
Two disabled parking spaces are available close to Polkyth House but they are pay and display. There is wheelchair access via a slope suitable for most wheelchairs. However, if there are any difficulties an alternative entrance can be used and staff will assist. A disabled toilet is available.
Parking
There is a large pay and display car park just outside the building. There are spaces signed for Register Office use, but all are pay and display. Alternatively there is Polkyth pay and display car park.
