Alternatively, you can make an appointment over the phone by calling 0300 1234 181. Our phone lines are open:
- Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri from 9am to 6pm
- Wednesday from 10am to 6pm
Opening hours
Appointments may be booked for the following times:
- Monday and Wednesday, between 9.30am to 12.30pm
- Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, between 9.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4.30pm
Ceremony room
Chi Austel is the ceremony room within St Austell Registration Office. You may bring up to 56 guests Monday - Friday, or up to 70 guests at the weekend. (This will depend on your ceremony choice.) These must include your witnesses and any photographer or videographer.
Biodegradable confetti may be thrown outside the building.
Only access support dogs are able to come into the building.

Accessible parking is available in White River Place Car Park. There is a lift to the entrance level.

Visitor parking is available at White River Place Car Park.

- Please give your car registration plate number to Reception on arrival - your parking can be validated for up to 2 hours for your appointment
- Car park open from 7am to 11pm and secured overnight
- Height restriction of 2 metres
Drop off / pick up
- Chi Austel building entrances are located in a pedestrian zone
- Use White River Place Car Park and follow pedestrian access routes
