Our phone lines are open:
- Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri from 9am to 6pm
- Wednesday from 10am to 6pm
Opening hours
Appointments may be booked for the following times:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, between 9.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4.30pm
- The registration office is closed on Thursday
Ceremony room
Within our Penzance ceremony room in St John's Hall you may invite up to 28 guests (depending on your ceremony choice), which must include your witnesses and any photographer or videographer.
Biodegradable confetti may be thrown once outside the building.
Please note that only access support dogs are admitted into this building.

Disabled Access
Disabled access is located through the main entrance on the ground floor which has automatic doors. It is accessible for wheelchair users.
Parking
The nearest car park is Penalverne car park (next to St John’s Hall). Other options nearby are Clarence Street car park and Park Corner car park.
