Exploitation of children and young people

Children and young people can be exploited in many ways. This can include being trafficked, sexually exploited and used to run drugs, sometimes known as county lines. All of these come under the banner of child exploitation.

How to spot the signs of child exploitation

The following video has been produced by Northamptonshire Safeguarding Children Partnership and is a useful resource to help spot signs of exploitation.  If you are concerned about a child or young person in Cornwall please contact Devon and Cornwall Police or our Multi Agency Referral Unit.
