If your permit application has been approved by the Permit Team, you will need to pay for it before it is activated.
Changing the Registration Number on my permit
You will need to provide evidence that your new car is registered at your address in the zone before applying to change the Vehicle Registration Mark (VRM) on your permit.

Renewing a current permit
If you have a resident zone or disabled parking exemption permit, you can renew your permit from your online permit account. You will only be able to do this 30 days before your permit expires. You will not be able to renew an expired permit.
Renew a Resident Zone or Disabled Exemption parking permit
If you have a Reserved Space permit, you can renew from your online permit account once you have received your expiry email, 30 days before your permit expires.
Buying and Using Electronic Daily Visitor Permits
Visitor parking permits are now electronic. Paper scratchcards are still available from the Permit Team.
How to buy and use electronic visitor permits

Once you have bought electronic visitor parking permits, you will need to book each permit online. This can be done in advance or on the day you wish to use them and each lasts 24 hours.
