Our Council Performance reporting sets out how the Council is performing. This is against the measures of success in the Council Priorities: Delivery Plan.
We will report on our progress every quarter through:
Your Council Performance: A summary of how the Council is performing against its priorities.
Council Performance Report: The formal quarterly report for Cabinet and Scrutiny.
The reports to Cabinet in 2026/27 are scheduled for 23 September 2026 (Quarter 1), 13 December 2026 (Quarter 2) and 10 February 2027 (Quarter 3).
The four key areas reported on are:
Key Performance Indicators: Strategic performance indicators. These show how the Council is performing against each of the six priorities.
Progress on our Priorities: Summaries of how we are doing against each priority, based on the activities set out in the Council Priorities Delivery Plan.
Finance: Details of our financial position at the end of each quarter.
Strategic Risks: Information about the position of the Council's strategic risks.
