- What the Council’s priorities are and what they mean in practice for residents and businesses
- How they will be achieved and how success will be measured.
Cornwall Council Priorities Plan 2026 to 2030The council is divided into five directorates. Directorate Strategic Plans set out the role each directorate in delivering the plan.
Directorate Strategic Plans are currently being developed and will be published in April 2026.
