Freedom of Information requests should be made in writing. Please fill in the form below as fully as possible so that we can deal with your request efficiently.

Items marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed.  Other information may help us with your enquiry but you do not have to supply it.

When you send us this form, you will be sent  an email which will contain the information you submitted.   This will be sent to you without encryption so please ensure you do not include any sensitive information on this form.

The information you have provided on this form will only be used to process and consider your freedom of information.

We will share the information with the service area which relates to your Freedom of Information request. If further processing is needed you will be advised of this by the relevant service. Where we need to liaise with a third party who provides a service for the Council, we will only share details of the request. We will not share your personal information. We will contact you to get your permission if it becomes necessary to pass on any personal information.

Your personal information will be kept for up to 3 years from the date your enquiry is closed.  In line with our data retention policy it will be stored with restricted, authorized access.
