Cornwall Council Publication Scheme

A Publication Scheme commits public bodies to make information routinely and proactively available. Cornwall Council has produced this guide to provide quick and easy links to relevant information. This follows the model publication scheme produced by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

The information is set out under specific categories which mirror the model publication scheme requirements:

  • Who we are and what we do
  • What we spend and how we spend it
  • What our priorities are and how we are doing
  • How we make decisions
  • Our policies and procedures
  • Lists and registers
  • The services we offer

The following pages/documents carry several links to locate information:

If the information you require cannot be found by using these methods, then it may be available by way of making a Freedom of Information or Environmental Information Regulations request.

Information is generally provided under the Open Government Licence (OGL)and is available for you to re-use as you wish . Where any exceptions apply to this, we will let you know.

The information obtained online by way of clicking on the links provided in the Publication Scheme is free to download as you so wish . Where the information is not available online and needs to be requested by way of contacting a service or through the Freedom of Information/Environmental Information route, charges may apply . These will be outlined as part of that process.
