The information you provide on this form will be used to investigate and respond to your data protection complaint. It will be shared with the relevant Cornwall Council services. It will also be shared with the Information Commissioner’s Office in the event a complaint is escalated to them as the regulator.
Your data will be held within Cornwall Council’s secure network and premises and will not be processed outside the UK/EEA. Access to your information will only be made to authorised members of staff who are required to process it for the purposes outlined in this privacy notice.
We will keep your information for 3 years. Sometimes, we will need to keep your personal data for longer. For example if the matter is investigated by the Information Commissioner’s Office, we will keep it for 10 years.
