Register to speak at a Planning Committee meeting

Under normal circumstances we will only register one type of speaker for minor applications and two for major applications on a first come, first served basis. We do not accept forms submitted after 12 noon two working days before the meeting. We will send you an email to confirm your registration. In the event of more than the agreed number of speakers registering to speak on an item in any one category, the Council’s Public Speaking at Planning Committee procedure makes provision for all parties to be contacted to enable a spokesperson to be appointed to speak for or against an application. In the event of additional speakers you will be contacted by a member of the Democratic Services team in the first instance.
