Our support includes advice and advocacy, as required, covering:
- Legal Planning Meetings, considering in particular the threshold criteria for public law applications
- Fostering and adoption
- Representation and/or advice on pre-proceedings matters
- Care proceedings, including Placement Order applications

- Disruption advice and legal applications to restrict the exploitation of children, including injunctions
- Children in need, for example disabled children and homeless 16/17 year olds. As well as duties under S.17/20 of the Children Act 1989 and duties to care leavers
- Advice to schools and academies, including parental responsibility, pupil welfare and safeguarding
- School admissions, transport and exclusions, including representation at appeals
- SEN, including representation at Tribunals
- Adoption hearings
- Advice on and representation at Inquests
