Help for people renting from Social Landlords
If you rent your home from a social landlord (like a housing association), and something is wrong with your home, here’s what to do:
Ask for a repair first
If something in your home is broken or not working (like heating, windows, or plumbing), you need to tell your landlord first....Here are some examples:
Cornwall Housing
LiveWest
Ocean Housing
Sanctuary Housing
Coastline Housing
Guinness Partnership
Mears
Cornwall Rural Housing Association
Hastoe Housing
Westward Housing Group
Still not fixed?...Contact the Housing Ombudsman
If nothing else works, you can contact the Housing Ombudsman.
