Work has begun to install signs and road markings in Falmouth and Penryn, and Camelford, reflecting community support in those areas to reduce the speed limit on residential roads from 30mph to 20mph. Cornwall Council’s dog welfare and enforcement officers have been recognised for the outstanding care they provide lost and abandoned pets.
