Air link between Cornwall and London secured in new deal

Council acts on community support for reducing speed limit to 20mph in residential areas

Work has begun to install signs and road markings in Falmouth and Penryn, and Camelford, reflecting community support in those areas to reduce the speed limit on residential roads from 30mph to 20mph. Round of a-paws for Cornwall’s award-winning dog welfare team

Cornwall Council’s dog welfare and enforcement officers have been recognised for the outstanding care they provide lost and abandoned pets. The Council’s stray dog service has for the 12th year running received the RSPCA’s Gold Standard PawPrints award, which is given to local authorities and organisations for going above and beyond.
