There has been an increase in people with a level 4 qualification whilst we have seen a decrease in residents with no qualifications The proportion of people in Cornwall with Level 4 qualifications and above is slightly below the average for England and Wales. There has been growth in households living in the private rented sector, which now houses almost 20% of households. Health, disability and carers

Health inequalities persist with poorer health, disability and unpaid care a key feature of some of our most deprived areas In Cornwall, 79.3% of residents reported good or very good health, with 6.2% reporting bad or very bad health.
