Appeal a school place decision

Before you make an appeal

Please refer to the appeals process guidance for help before completing the form.

Appeal by email

You can submit your appeal by email to educationappeals@cornwall.gov.uk.  Please include the following: 

  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Contact number
  • Your child’s name
  • Your child/ren’s date/s of birth
  • School or schools to which you wish to appeal in order of first to last preference
  • Your reasons for appeal

You will receive an acknowledgement email within 5 working days of submitting your appeal. If you do not receive an email please contact the team on 01872 324965.
