The new service options below are available to sign up for now for businesses in the Mid, South East, West and North East areas of Cornwall.
Those in the following areas can sign up from 16 December 2024 with the new options starting from 10 March 2025: Camborne, Redruth, Falmouth, Penryn, St Mawes, Truro, Probus, Trispen, Mitchell, Perranporth, St Agnes, Portreath and surrounding areas. Please note, we review our prices yearly in March.
Choose from 3 different collection options
We can now offer you 3 different collection services to choose from depending on the needs of your business.
1. Standard Commercial Service
Our Standard Service provides you with:
- a weekly food waste collection
- a fortnightly recycling collection, and
- a fortnightly general rubbish collection
We make all three collections on the same day as we collect household waste from your street.
This is good news for the environment. It also allows us to offer a discount on council tax rated properties. This is because you've already contributed to the cost of collecting the waste.

The Standard Service offers you a choice of either:
- a protective sack with single-use bags for your general rubbish
OR - a wheelie bin in a range of sizes
