Managing your commercial waste contract with us

Need to make changes to your commercial waste collections? Here are some quick links to help you manage your contract.

Reorder, repair or replace your containers

You can ask us to:

  • order more single-use bags
  • repair your wheelie bin
  • replace your wheelie bin, recycling bags, box, collection caddy, or reusable protective sack

Changes to your contract

You can request changes to:

  • the number of containers in your contract
  • the size or type of container(s) like switching from a wheelie bin to single-use bags
  • your contact details or company details

Ask us to make a change to your contract

Ending your contract

If you want to end your contract, you'll need to give us three months' notice.

Missed collection 

If your commerical waste collection was missed, let us know so we can look into it.
