What do I do with it?

Recycle at home, at a garden centre or at a recycling centre.

  • non-black plastic plant pots that can be squashed by hand (not rigid) and are no larger than items like a 6-pint milk bottle, can go in your red recycling bag

  • most garden centres will accept used plastic plant pots for reuse or recycling

  • clean plastic plant pots can be taken to one of the below Household Waste and Recycling Centres with a container for bulky plastics
