Jars and lids

Can I recycle it?

Glass jars are collected as part of your recycling collection.

This does not include glass cookware (Pyrex), ceramics and vases.

You can recycle all types of jars lids as long as they're not black.

Which container?

Jars: household glass and textiles box (black box)- remember to give them a rinse first

Lids: all lids go in your red bag for household plastic and metal packaging.

Black plastic lids go in your general rubbish.
