What do I do with it?

Recycle at home or at a recycling centre.

  • if you can open and rinse the coffee grounds from non-black plastic and aluminium coffee pods, you can put them in your red recycling bag at home 
  • if you can't empty them, you can take them to one of the Household Waste and Recycling Centres that has a collection point:
    • Truro 
    • Falmouth
    • St Erth
    • St Austell
    • Launceston 
  • don't live near one of these HWRCs? Podback, the not-for profit recycling service, work with many supermarkets to offer in store coffee pod recycling
  • Podback has a useful locator tool that allows you to enter your postcode and pod type to find recycling options nearby.
