Can I recycle it?
Non-black plastic and aluminium coffee pods are collected as part of your recycling collection, but only if you're able to open the pod up and rinse the contents from inside.
You can also recycle plastic and aluminium coffee pods at the following Household Waste and Recycling Centres (HWRCs):
- Truro
- Falmouth
- St Erth
- St Austell
- Launceston
Don't live near one of these HWRCs? Podback, the not-for profit recycling service, work with many supermarkets to offer in store coffee pod recycling.
Podback has a useful locator tool that allows you to enter your postcode and pod type to find recycling options nearby.
