What do I do with it?
Recycle at home or at a recycling centre.
- make sure the lighter is empty
- put plastic lighters in your red recycling bag at home, or
- take it to a Household Waste and Recycling Centre if it can't be emptied
- metal lighters can be recycled at recycling centres
