What do I do with it?
Recycle at home or at a recycling centre.
- put carrier bags and other plastic bags and wrapping out for collection in a plastic bag (like a bread bag) tied at the top
- you can also use an empty carrier bag to collect your other plastic bags and wrapping
- small amount to recycle? Tuck your tied bag inside your red recycling bag
- lots to recycle and no space in your red bag? Place the tied bag on top of your black box or tuck it alongside your recycling bags so it doesn't blow away
Using reusable shopping bags is a great way to cut down on single-use plastics.
