What do I do with it?
Recycle pet blankets at home or at a recycling centre.
- put clean and dry blankets in a tied plastic bag
- put the bag on top of your black recycling box at home, or
- take it to a Household Waste and Recycling Centre
You can compost hay, straw and sawdust from 'vegetarian' pets, like rabbits and guinea pigs using home compost bins.
Bag cat litter or dog poo and put it in your rubbish bin.
