Can I recycle it?
We collect empty aerosols from you as part of your household recycling collection service. Please remove lids and put them in the same recycling bag. If the lid is black though please dispose of it in your rubbish bin.
If it is not possible to empty the aerosol, please do not put the can in your recycling or household rubbish. As a flammable item it needs to be disposed of safely. There are chemical storage containers at every HWRC (except the one at Dudnance Lane, Pool) where you can deposit them.

For safety reasons, no public pedestrian access is allowed through the entrance or exit gates at any of our household waste recycling centres.
Only waste from households in Cornwall can be taken to these sites. Commercial waste is not accepted at any recycling centre.
