There is a charge per planning history request per site of £54.17 + VAT (£65.00 inclusive of VAT).
By submitting this form you are requesting a search of our records to reveal any planning applications (if any) that have been made on a particular site. Please be aware our Planning records go back to 1948 and a planning history request might not reveal any planning history. A refund will not be given if no history is revealed. If planning history is found the search will produce a list of planning application references. There is an additional charge for copies of documents (electronic or hard copy) related to these planning references.

Once you have completed this form you will be directed to our payment system to make payment. We aim to respond to your request within 10 working days of when payment has been received.
