Administration charge
£11
- The administration charge applies, irrespective of the total payable fee relating to “copying charges”.
- The administration fee is charged per application site.
- One administration fee charged per site/request within 10 working days. An additional fee is payable after this time.
The Council reserves the right to request additional payment for requests which transpire to be particularly complex and time consuming. Charges are based on an hourly charge of £111.

To request a document to be uploaded to the online planning register, please complete a request for documents form.
Fee charged per application. We aim to provide a response within 10 working days. The administration charge will be required in addition to each of the below charges.
Upload documents to online planning register (excludes Decision Notices, Enforcement Notices, TPOs and Legal Agreements) - £13
Upload copies of a Planning Decision notice or Building Regulations Completion certificate - £22
Upload copies of TPOs (multi pages), Enforcement Notices and Legal Agreements - £33
Printed/posted copies of document charges
To request copies, please email planning@cornwall.gov.uk with planning reference number (where applicable) and name of document.
The administration charge is required in additional to each of the below irrespective of the total amount payable.
