Sign the Armed Forces Covenant
Businesses and organisations can show their support for the Armed Forces community by signing the Covenant.
You can make a pledge to support members of the Armed Forces community who work in your business or access your products and services. You can tailor your pledge to suit your organisation. For example it could include supporting employees who are reservists or it could offer services or discounts.
By signing the Covenant, an organisation becomes eligible to use the Covenant logo.

The Defence Employer Recognition Scheme encourages employers to support the armed forces and inspire others to do the same. The scheme has bronze, silver and gold awards.
