Access BorrowBox eBooks and eAudiobooks
If you are using BorrowBox for the first time you will be prompted to register for an account. If you already have a BorrowBox account you will be taken straight to the main page.
Getting started
- The easiest way to access free eBooks, eAudiobooks and ePress is through the BorrowBox app. If you're using an iPhone or iPad you can download the app from the App Store (IOS version 6 or above). If you're using an Android device you can download the app from Google Play Store.
- Once you've installed the BorrowBox app, go to the 'Please select your library' option and start typing Cornwall. You will need to select 'Cornwall Libraries' and log in with your library card number (which you can find on the back of your library card). If asked for a PIN, this is the last four digits of your library card number.
- You will then be asked to 'Agree' to the terms and conditions. Once you have clicked on 'Agree' you will be taken through to the app where you can browse, borrow, download and reserve eBooks, eAudiobooks and ePress.

- For ePress you can either select 'Borrow issue only' to borrow that edition only, or 'Confirm loan and subscribe' to automatically download new editions as they are published in future.
- The eBook, eAudiobook or eMagazine/newspaper will now be available to read and you can access it later from 'My Loans'.
- Once you've opened your eBook, you can edit the display settings to a dyslexia-friendly font or edit the font size and line spacing to your liking.
BorrowBox eBooks and Kindles
