Cornwall Libraries Loyalty Card

Coming soon. The Cornwall Libraries loyalty card is launching January 2026.

We are launching a new loyalty card. This is to thank our regular customers and to welcome new members to the service. Any Cornwall resident can take part, regardless of age or library experience.

How the loyalty card works

  1. Ask for a loyalty card at your local library.
  2. Collect a stamp from library staff each time you complete one of the activities below:
    • Use our Click and Collect service
    • Visit the library to borrow a book (one stamp per visit)
    • Take part in a library club or activity (for example, Lego Club or Knit and Natter)
    • Use a public computer (PN)
  3. When you collect six stamps, we will enter you into a free prize draw.

Prizes include family attraction passes, baked goods, and cinema tickets. These prizes have been generously gifted by local businesses and organisations. You can see the full list in the Our Partners section below.

Loyalty card rules

The scheme runs in two six-month periods: January to June and July to December.
We will release a new card design is for each period. You cannot carry over part-filled cards.

When your card is full, we will enter you into every monthly prize draw during that six-month period.

Prize draws take place on the final working day of each month.

The loyalty scheme is not available to Cornwall Libraries staff.

Prizes donated by external partners are subject to their own terms and conditions.
Cornwall Libraries may change the prizes available at any time.
