Eligibility

The easiest way to prove your Immigration Status is to use the “view and prove your immigration status share code service” on the Gov.uk. website to get a ‘share code’ to prove your status.

If you are able to provide us with your share code and you are confident that this proves that you have indefinite leave to remain, you are not required to complete this form or provide the documents below.

If you cannot provide a share code as above, please click “Continue to Form” at the bottom of this page and complete each section. Please also upload copies of the following to your application via the Upload Documents section in your application portal:

  1. Copies of all your passports or ID cards (including any page containing UK Government endorsements showing that the holder has permission to be in the UK)
  2. Letter or contract of employment covering all your current employment.
  3. If you are self-employed we require documentation from Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) to confirm this such as:-
    1. Copies of all your Workers Registration Scheme cards if you worked in the UK before 1st May 2011.
    2. A letter from the HMRC (tax authority) saying that you have registered to pay tax and national insurance as self-employed.
    3. A copy of the application you have made to HMRC to pay tax and national insurance as self-employed.
    4. Proof that you are running a business such as receipts, invoices, promotional materials, etc.

Please note: It is your responsibility to provide us with this documentation. We will not be able to assess your application until we receive all of the above information. If you are not able to provide this information your application will be closed.
