Dynamic Purchasing System
Our advisers can talk you through the kind of work we have available and how to get onto our DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System). It’s not as scary or complicated as it sounds – so don’t be put off! We offer unlimited support with the application process, including calls and meetings and training.
It’s free to join the DPS - and you can have as many users from your organisation registered as you’d like.
What’s the benefit of being on our DPS?
You’ll have access to a bank of jobs coming into Cornwall Council which you can apply for.
- You only have to register once. Your details stay on the system - ready for when the next job you’re interested in appears.
- All documents related to your work are kept in one place - such as contracts, certificates and invoices. You can get notifications and email reminders when items are due to expire.
- Helps manage workload as you can see all jobs and what stages they’re at and update us about your progress.
- A program of work is listed for each job and you can change the price for each job on a job by job basis. The pricing used is dynamic and can be updated to reflect changes in prices.
