Hayle Family Hub is located at the Copperhouse end of Hayle. It has on-site parking. There is also a public car park on Commercial Road, a short walk from the Hub.

Facilities
The Portheyl Room is the largest with capacity for 20 people. It is a multipurpose space, perfect for meetings, get togethers, charity events and group work. The room has a kitchen which is suitable for lessons and workshops. There is a selection of toys and activities for children of various ages.
The Gwithian Room has capacity for four people. It can be used for counselling sessions, therapy and team meetings. There is a table and a large sofa. The room is private and filled with lots of natural light.
The Godrevy Room has capacity for two people. It is a private room suitable for project work, 1-to-1 sessions or virtual meetings. The room includes a full monitor set up and a lounge chair.
The Towans Room has capacity for 12 people and has four comfortable settees.
The Garden Room has capacity for 15 people. It is a large multipurpose room which includes a desk and chairs. It has a kettle available to use for refreshments. This spacious room suits a variety of activities from counselling sessions, team building or training days, get togethers and more.
There is an additional meeting room for up to six people, a kitchenette for making refreshments (but there are no cooking facilities), an assortment of children's toys available for use throughout the Hub, and a mezzanine floor with a sensory play set-up and lights.
There is also a large enclosed garden with outdoor toys and seating.
Guest wifi is available.
