Our Family Hubs support the delivery of services for families, children and young people aged from pre-birth to 19 years old (or up to 25 years for anyone with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). We have 23 Family Hubs across Cornwall.
Family Hubs offer a friendly, informal atmosphere for families to be supported by professionals, meet with other families and access high-quality services.
Family Hubs are a great way to access programmes and services such as:
Child and family health services
Antenatal, child development, Early Years and Early Help
Social care
Physical and mental health and wellbeing
Services from voluntary and community organisations
Information, advice and guidance
Education, employment and training
All children have the right to access services and support. Each Family Hub follows the National Centre for Family Hubs' three key delivery principles of access, connection and relationships.

Liskeard Family Hub is located centrally in Liskeard close to the town centre and has a limited amount of free parking on site.

Facilities
The Consultation Room has a capacity of four and is used for appointments. The Multi-Function Room can accommodate up to ten people.
The Reception Office has one hot desk. There is a Back Office supporting three hot desks, and with a separate entrance.
There is a small kitchen for refreshments and with laundry facilities. There is also a garden space.
Wifi is available.
