The information you provide is being collected by Adult Social Care. This is to help us make the right decisions about the type of action we need to take.
We may share this information with other relevant staff depending on the nature of your appeal. It may also be used for service delivery and planning. We will hold the information provided in a secure environment in line with our retention policy. After that time it will be destroyed in a secure manner.
Our Privacy Notice sets out the basis by which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. This is in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act.
