Health and Wellbeing Bee Mindful Quest

The Bee Mindful Quest is part of a health and wellbeing initiative for members of staff of Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service and we would like to invite you to join us!

About the Bee Mindful Quest

The quest is open to everyone that has a sense of adventure.

It's about:

  • taking a break from your busy day,
  • be encouraged to get outdoors and into the countryside,
  • taking a moment for yourself to re-energise,
  • improve your mental wellbeing
  • and having some fun along the way.

We invite you to take part in a series of walks at various destinations around Cornwall’s 31 community fire stations. We currently have 8 walks available.

Whether you’re taking part in the quest alone, as a team or with your family / friends, the key objective is:

"To be in the moment and leave random acts of kindness in your footprints for others to find."

All our walks are dog friendly and include a log book to sign along the way. You may even find some treasure!
