We often need supporting documents from you to confirm your circumstances, for example this maybe for an application for a Council Tax discount or an exemption.
Some things you might be asked for are;
- student certificates
- tenancy agreements
- photographs
- grant of probate letters,
- or other information in support of your claim
How to send us documents and images
You can securely provide us with your documents online using the link below.
- You’ll be asked to provide your details and confirm the type of enquiry before uploading your documents.
- Please select 'I want to enquire about something else’ from the drop down list.
- You will then need to give a brief description of the documents you are uploading within the ‘Enquire Details’ box.
Things to check before you start
- If you are sending images please make sure they are under 2mb and the image is clear
- Have your Council Tax account number to hand
