A home in need of major repairs

If your home is empty and unfurnished and needs, or is undergoing major repairs (which involve structural alterations), you may be able to get money off your bill.

You’ll need to provide us with some details such as photos, estimates, and invoices before the 50% discount can be awarded for up to twelve months.

Due to essential maintenance Council tax and benefit forms will be unavailable from 9am – 17:30pm on Sat 11 May 2024. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
