We provide certified copy certificates for births, deaths and marriages that took place in Cornwall. If your event occurred in Plymouth, Devon or the Isles of Scilly please use the following links to order your certificate.

If your event took place elsewhere outside of Cornwall, you will need to apply direct to that district.
Certificate Fees
- Fee : £11
- Your certificate will be posted to you by 2nd class mail within 15 working days
Express Priority Service
- Fee: £35
- We will send your certificate 1st class mail the next working day.
- Not currently available to order online. You can order by calling 0300 1234 181, to speak to our Certificate Applications department
Due to demand on Royal Mail services, certificates ordered from Cornwall Registration Service may encounter delays. If you need a certificate urgently, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
