We issue certified copy certificates for all births, deaths and marriages that took place in Cornwall. Order online or speak to our friendly team over the phone.
Certificate fees
Standard Service
Fee: £12.50
Your certificate will be posted to you by 2nd class mail.
We aim to send your certificate within 4 working days (this does not include weekends or bank holidays).
Please allow 15 working days after your certificate has left us for delivery with Royal Mail.
Priority Service
Fee: £38.50
Your certificate will be posted by 1st class mail the next working day (this does not include weekends or bank holidays).
We can only offer this service for posting within the UK.
Please note: Once certificates have been posted, delivery is handled by Royal Mail. We are unable to track or influence delivery times once items are in their possession.

Out of county events
If your event occurred in Plymouth, Devon or the Isles of Scilly please use the following links to order your certificate.
If the event took place elsewhere outside of Cornwall, you need to apply directly to the Council Registration Service where the event took place.
