- Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri from 9am to 6pm
- Wednesday from 10am to 6pm

Appointments may be booked for the following times:
- Monday to Friday, between 9.30am to 2.30pm
Ceremony room
Within our Helston ceremony room in Isaac House you may invite up to 23 guests (depending on your ceremony choice), which must include your witnesses and any photographer or videographer.
Biodegradable confetti may be thrown once outside the building.

Disabled access
Disabled parking is available in the Tyacke Road large pay and display car park which is a few hundred yards away from the office. It is a level walk, there is full access to the building with a disabled toilet.
Parking
There is limited on street parking in the town itself, but this is restricted to half an hour. Alternatively parking is available at Tyacke Road large pay and display car park, which is one minute’s walk from the office.
