Cornwall Council is one of 111 Local Authorities to sign up to the National Highways and Transport Public Satisfaction survey. This is an independent survey, which has taken place each year since 2008. It is the largest collaboration between Local Authorities.
It offers the opportunity to;
- compare results
- share in best practice
- and identify further opportunities to work together in the future
In Cornwall, 3,300 households will be sent a postal survey to complete and return.
The same questions will be asked if you live in Cornwall, Coventry or Cumbria. If you have not received a postal survey, you can still participate!
