Accessibility
Media
- Adding media - watch our self help video
- You cannot load any item which is over 10mb into the media library, please try and keep documents below 5mb and images below 1mb.
- If you have a large document try optimising it for the web by using your software, split into multiple documents or remove the images used, resize them and then add them back in
- Images sizes
- card images must be 400x280 pixels,
- banner images for sub hubs should be 1280x345
- images on content pages should only be added if they add to the content and should be no wider than 750 pixels (this is the width of the template with related content)
- Please do not resize your image within umbraco, use gimp which you can download via the software centre to resize images before you upload them
- Part of our accessibility checks includes checking links within documents, if you make a change to a document please recheck the links all still work
- If you amend something in a document please do not delete the old document and upload a new one, always amend the current version so you do not break the links. Watch the video above if you are not sure how to do this
