Access to support forms will only normally be considered if the support required / to be given is an unreasonable travelling distance from the applicant’s current address. Applicants must move within reasonable travelling distance of the required locality.

Please note: This does not include general babysitting or childminding from family/friends unless there is a significant and verified health/social reason for this to be provided.
