Culture and Creative Investment Programme


Investment Programme 2027-2031- Applications are now open

Cornwall Council is delighted to launch this four-year investment programme for 2027–2031.  The programme will directly support local cultural and creative organisations. Working together with the successful applicants will enable us to achieve the Cornwall Cultural Strategy ambitions which are:

  3. Growing our economy

  4. Improving our places

  5. Celebrating Cornwall

How to apply

Applications are now open. Before applying, please read the grant guidelines and the Cornwall Cultural Strategy, which will help inform your application.

There are two grant opportunities available, each with its own application form:

Please ensure you have carefully reviewed both the guidelines and the relevant application form before submitting your application. Select the application form that best matches the grant opportunity you are applying for.

Completed application forms and all supporting documents must be submitted by 10am on 28 September to cultureteam@cornwall.gov.uk. Applications cannot be accepted by post.

If you are successful in your application we will draw up a grant agreement with you. Examples of CCIP grant agreements are available below. Please note these are provided as background information ONLY. They are not part of the application form and there is no need to edit or submit a copy of the grant agreement as part of your application.

Investment Programme 2022-2027

This is a four-year investment programme for 2022–2026 totalling £1.8m. There were 20 successful applicants and 21 successful applications in total. Working together with the successful applicants will enable us to achieve Cornwall's Creative Manifesto Ambitions. This programme was extended to April 2027.

Organisations with an asterisk (*) receive National Portfolio funding from Arts Council England.
