If we cannot get the music you have requested, we will contact you within 10 working days. Otherwise the music will be ordered as listed and hire charges will be payable. We will notify you when the music is available at your chosen collection site.

Music loan terms and conditions
- The group representative is responsible for the safe keeping and condition of all parts of the music while it is on loan and the safe return of it by the due back date specified on the music request.
- Music sets will be checked by Cornwall Libraries staff before use. If you have any problems, please contact staff at the earliest opportunity by email ills@cornwall.gov.uk
- Please do not re-number, mark or stick any labels on any of the music on loan to you. The condition of music is monitored and any marked or relabelled music will result in a fine of £50.00 to cover the administration required to best resolve the situation.
- If you would like to extend the loan period, please contact Cornwall Libraries by email ills@cornwall.gov.uk as soon as possible. The loan will be extended as long as the set is not required elsewhere. A renewal fee equal to the standard hire charge and period will be payable.
- The COMPLETE sets must be returned boxed, on or before the due date. A late return fee of £20.00 will be charged if not renewed and if no other action has been agreed.
- Please return the set to your local library, addressed to Unit 17, Threemilestone Ind Estate, Threemilestone, Truro, TR4 9LD. Your local Library will then deliver it back to the team responsible for music loans.
Any missing parts must be returned or replaced within 10 days by the loaning group. Returning sets late or incomplete can seriously inconvenience other customers and Libraries. Your co-operation is appreciated.
