Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care System

Our Integrated Care System (ICS) is a partnership of organisations. These come together to plan and deliver joined up health and care services across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Their aim is to improve the lives of the people who live and work in the area.

The Cornwall and Isles of Scilly ICS vision is to make Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly a great place to be born, live and grow old

To help us deliver this vision, the ICS has been engaging with our communities in many different ways to help shape our new ten year strategy.

The Integrated Care Strategy

All integrated care systems need to write a strategy that sets out their priorities and supports their vision for the future. The priorities should concentrate on things that health, social care and other organisations can do together to:

  • improve the public’s health and wellbeing
    and
  • reduce any gaps between communities

In order to better understand these priorities, systems are advised to work with a wide range of

  • people
  • communities
  • organisations

This is on an on-going basis.

The first version of our strategy has been published together with the feedback that was collated from the engagement events and survey.

You can view the strategy in the following formats on the ICS website:

  • Full version of the strategy
  • Summary version of the strategy
  • Easy read version of the strategy
  • Audio version of the strategy
