Inclusion Support

Session or Support Description

Support is offered in flexible sessions to suit each person’s needs. Sessions will be on one-to-one and can take place in the community or at home. We offer daytime, evening, and weekend options. The length and frequency of sessions are tailored—ranging from a few hours a week to full days, depending on what works best for you. At Torvia, inclusion is not just a service. It’s a commitment to helping people live full, connected lives—on their own terms.

Expected outcomes
People who use our support often feel more confident and independent. Many build stronger social ties and become more active in their communities. Others find joy in learning, working, or exploring new hobbies. Most of all, people feel in control of their own lives, with the right support behind them. At Torvia, inclusion is not just a service. It’s a commitment to helping people live full, connected lives—on their own terms.

Accessibility
We are committed to making sure everyone can take part in activates that matter to them. We always plan support with each persons accessibility needs in mind - whether at home or out in the community . We will work with you to find the right spaces, tools, and support to make things easier. However please note that our staff vehicles may not be able to carry large mobility aids like wheelchairs. We'll always talk through options to make sure your needs are met in the best way possible.
