Session or Support Description
Arts and crafts will form part of the day, people will have the opportunity to also join in other sessions throughout the day achieving some of the below outcomes: Enhance problem-solving skills through design and material use. Stimulate memory and imagination. Encourage self-expression through different artistic projects. Provide a sense of achievement and purpose. Offer a calming, therapeutic outlet for stress or anxiety. Foster emotional expression in a safe environment. Improve fine motor skills through cutting, painting, and sculpting. Maintain or enhance dexterity, particularly beneficial for individuals with physical or cognitive impairments. Develop a routine and structure through regular creative sessions. Inspire responsibility for tools, materials, and workspace.
